Community Guidelines & Safety
Building a safe, high-trust ecosystem for founders, creators, and engineers
Redoz is built for ambitious builders, creators, and entrepreneurs coming together to solve hard problems, launch startups, and form world-class teams. To ensure our community remains productive, inspiring, and secure, every member agrees to uphold these standards.
1. Authentic Presence & Transparency
- Real Identity: Maintain an authentic profile reflecting your genuine skills, background, and experience.
- Genuine Projects: Post opportunities and startups that you genuinely intend to build or actively collaborate on.
- Zero Impersonation: Never impersonate another individual, founder, company, venture firm, or organization. Fake profiles will be terminated immediately.
2. Safe Co-Founder & Teammate Collaboration
Finding a co-founder or early engineer is like entering a long-term partnership. Exercise prudent judgment:
Document Expectations
Discuss equity, vesting schedules, IP assignment, and milestone commitments openly. Put all final business partnerships in formal written legal agreements.
Protect Confidential Trade Secrets
Share your vision and public pitch openly, but keep proprietary source code, cryptographic keys, and unpatented trade secrets behind signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
3. Financial Safety & Anti-Scam Precautions
Protect yourself and your teammates from financial fraud:
- •Never Pay to Join a Project: Legitimate founders on Redoz will never ask you to pay an upfront "application fee", "training fee", or "security deposit" to join a project.
- •No Investment Solicitation: Do not use Redoz to promote multi-level marketing (MLM), unregistered securities, crypto pump-and-dump schemes, or get-rich-quick scams.
- •Redoz Does Not Handle Escrow: Redoz is an independent discovery platform and does not intermediate payments between users. Never wire funds blindly to unverified contacts.
4. Respectful Communication & Professional Conduct
Builders come from diverse backgrounds, skill levels, and cultures. We foster an inclusive environment where all members are treated with dignity:
- No Harassment or Bullying: Insulting, threatening, or stalking members in public feeds or private chats is strictly prohibited.
- Respectful Rejection: If a founder or applicant declines a collaboration request, accept the outcome professionally. Persistent unwanted messaging after refusal constitutes harassment.
- No Hate Speech or Discrimination: Any content targeting individuals based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality will lead to an immediate ban.
- No Spam or Promotional Blasts: Mass-messaging members with unsolicited affiliate links or generic outreach is not tolerated.
5. Content Standards & Intellectual Property
You retain complete ownership of your work, and you must respect the work of others:
- Original Work: Only upload code, images, pitch decks, and materials that you have the right to use or distribute.
- No Malicious Payloads: Do not upload malware, viruses, phishing links, or corrupted files in project attachments or chat messages.
- Safe Media: Chat and post attachments are monitored for safety. Never upload sexually explicit or violent media.
6. Reporting Violations & Support
